Art Through The Seasons
We’re very excited to welcome back this program for another off-season! This project is designed to maintain visual interest and vibrancy in the downtown area during seasonal or permanent business closures. Local art is displayed in vacant windows, which increases the visual appeal of buildings and provides local artists with a high-impact marketing opportunity. Thank you to our participating businesses, building owners, and local artists for enhancing Silverton’s cultural identity for participating in this project and CO Main Street and San Juan County for sponsoring this project. The 2024 Art Through the Seasons Program is underway and is no longer accepting artist applications or committee applications. If you are an artist interested in being a part of the program and its future projects, please reach out directly to the Program Manager, Sarah Moore, at smoore@sanjuandevelopment.com. For folks looking to be a part of the selection committee, please wait for next year’s application to open in early fall. You must represent an organization in Silverton to be eligible for the selection committee.
